Due to strong demand for trips, Jet2 is bringing forward the start of scheduled services to Iceland to the beginning of September 2021

Iceland is expected to make the cut on the UK government's 'green list.'

Customers can now fly to Iceland from as early as 2 September with and Jet2CityBreaks.

It offers a larger programme of scheduled services to Iceland from Manchester Airport this year, in addition to services from Birmingham Airport.

Well timed for those wanting to experience the Northern Lights, there are twice-weekly services operating from 2 September (Manchester) and 30 September (Birmingham) though to 22 November 2021.

In addition, scheduled services will operate from 10 February 2022 right through the summer season to 10 November 2022 from Manchester Airport, as well as from 10 February 2022 through 25 April 2022 from Birmingham Airport.

In addition, and Jet2CityBreaks are operating 37 three and four-night dedicated trips to Iceland from seven other UK bases (Belfast International, East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle and London Stansted Airports).

There will be 15 trips between September and November 2021, and a further 22 trips between February and April 2022.

Package options with Jet2CityBreaks include a guided Northern Lights Tour,, flights with including 22kg hold luggage, transfers to and from the airport, as well as a choice of 3 and 4-star hotels in central Reykjavik.
